21 Day Fix Take 1

Okay so I am so sick and tired of trying to diet, lose weight, work out, etc and having it derailed every.single.time... so I am enlisting the help of my bestie to do the 21 day fix with me.... 21 days... 3 weeks...504 hours...THAT'S IT.... I can and will do this.... I ordered the 7 little containers for both of us from Amazon to get us started.... there are about 9 billion recipes and ideas on how to tackle this on pinterest and it's all free... no intro package of $300, no you have to buy this kind of food, no you can't eat for two days.... just normal straight clean portion controlled healthy eating... So today I will eat panera and tomorrow I will have cocktails BUT on Sunday I will food prep for the week... I am hoping this is the something new that I need to get motivated and back in the swing of things... We WILL both lose 20 pounds within the next 2 months... and we will blog to keep us held accountable and motivated....
